These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website ganpatidental.in and the services offered by Ganpati Dental Solutions, including but not limited to our dental training programs such as Advance General Dentistry, Orthodontic, Implant, and other specialty courses.

By enrolling in a course or accessing any part of this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms stated below.

1. Eligibility

To register for our dental courses, you must:

  • Be a qualified dental student or professional (as applicable to the course).

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and academic information.

  • Make full or installment payment for the selected course as per the terms mentioned.

2. Course Access & Usage

Upon successful enrollment:

  • You will receive access credentials via email.

  • Course access is strictly for personal educational use only.

  • You are not allowed to share, resell, record, or redistribute any course content.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without any refund.

3. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, case studies, and branding, are the exclusive intellectual property of Ganpati Dental Solutions.

Any form of copying, publishing, commercial use, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless an installment plan is explicitly offered.

Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, or card payments.

Pricing and installment options for each course are clearly stated on the course pages and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available only under specific conditions. You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase provided:

  • You’ve accessed less than 10% of the course material

  • The request is made via email to info@ganpatidental.in

Refunds are processed within 7 to 45 business days, and detailed terms are available in our Refund & Cancellation Policy page.

No refunds will be granted after the 24-hour window or in case of misuse or access beyond the eligibility criteria.

6. Course Modifications & Updates

Ganpati Dental Solutions reserves the right to:

  • Modify course content, structure, pricing, or delivery format

  • Change or replace faculty, mentors, or batch schedules as needed

  • Cancel or reschedule sessions with prior notice in rare cases

Any such updates will be communicated via email.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain professionalism during live classes or clinic sessions

  • Not engage in plagiarism or impersonation

  • Respect faculty, staff, and fellow participants

Failure to adhere to this code may result in removal from the course without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

While our content is designed by experienced professionals, Ganpati Dental Solutions is not responsible for individual clinical outcomes based on course material.

We provide educational guidance and training. How this is applied in practice is the responsibility of the participant.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi.
