We offer a 24-hour refund window from the time of purchase. This policy is designed to give you peace of mind while enrolling, ensuring that you have made the right decision.

2. Eligibility Criteria

You may request a refund if:

  • The request is made within 24 hours of course purchase.

  • You have accessed less than 10% of the course content.

  • Course access has not been shared or misused.

Please note: Refunds will not be issued if these conditions are not met.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 45 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • The 24-hour refund window has expired

  • More than 10% of the course content has been accessed

  • The course was purchased during a limited-time or non-refundable promotional offer

  • Any misuse of course content or credentials is identified

6. Course Cancellations (Pre-Access)

If you wish to cancel your enrollment before accessing the course, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase by sending an email to info@ganpatidental.in.

Upon verification, your enrollment will be canceled, and a full refund (if eligible) will be processed.

7. Exceptions & Special Cases

In special circumstances such as accidental duplicate payment or technical issues, we may review refund requests outside the 24-hour window. All such requests will be handled at our sole discretion.
